Leadership 
- The Membership Team is charged with total member care: recruitment, retention, reward and recognition with all the members of MPI NENY.
- The Education Team is responsible for planning and executing our monthly educational events.
- The Communications Team is responsible for all aspects of marking and public relations for the MPI NENY chapter
- The Finance Team is responsible for building and maintaining our chapter partnerships.
- The Administration Team is responsible for the technical aspects of planning our chapter events, managing our website, and reporting to MPI International.
- The Golf Committee is responsible for planning our annual Golfapalooza event.
- The CMP Committee is responsible for coordinating and leading the CMP study groups for members interesting in obtaining their Certified Meeting Professional designation.
