Can Impact Your Event

Glen Falls, New York 12801
As a meeting planner and event strategist, you are expected to organize logistics and instantly turn our creative ideas and solutions. However, the most important role is to bring people together, to design their time. This presentation will help you to open your mind to think differently about the meaning of event design and how creative thinking affects the big idea, the big picture and uses the overall theme for impact.

Every planner faces challenges and constraints and we will learn how to overcome them – to turn lemons into lemonade on any budget. Using the five senses, you will learn how to identify which to focus on and maximize the overall design. Creativity and event design are nothing but providing solutions that work for you. This session will discuss the Theater of Meeting and how to view your agenda like a script. How objectives, goals and themes affect a program; and what tools and marketing tips can provide that emotional engagement – no matter what type of event or meeting.

When all are balanced, attendees will know it. Your event or meeting will flow and there will be harmony. In essence, YOU hold the license to think creatively, wave your magic wand to design an environment that is healthy, productive and successful!
